About the role:

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will have a dynamic and exciting role. You will automatically be enrolled in to the Redkite Academy Business Analysis Programme, initially continuing your learning journey with our industry-leading data experts in a unique Academy environment. Our Academy is shaped to accelerate your career prospects more than any other introductory role in data, enabling you to work with the latest cloud technologies to help businesses solve their data needs.

Associate Business Analysts can enter with little-to-no professional data experience, and through the Academy’s blend of intensive training, expert mentoring, and real-world client delivery, emerge ready to help steer the data journey of global organisations as part of Redkite’s delivery team.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:

As a Redkite Associate Business Analyst, you will be the lynchpin between business users, and the development team implementing user needs. You will work as part of a much larger diverse team across Redkite, and our exciting clients are made up of Data Engineers, BI engineers, scrum masters, product owner and many more.

The skills learned in Redkite’s Academy environments, with support from in-house experts, will enable you to deliver for our clients by:

  • Discovering and defining enterprise business problems

  • Defining and documenting data asset and reporting requirements for development

  • Discovering, designing, and optimising enterprise data model and business processes

  • Understanding stakeholder interactions and business operations to define requirements and develop solutions

  • Managing business requirements and communicating them to Data Engineering and Business Intelligence developers

  • Documenting, managing and prioritising delivery requirements as a Scrum Master

Requirements

You could do great here if you are/have one of the following:

  • Looking to change careers and apply your knowledge of businesses to a new field; or

  • Completed an apprenticeship, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications; or

  • Clear understanding of the Business Analyst role, and its demands, and are looking for an entry-level role with career acceleration

• Promotion to Business Analyst upon completion of your certifications and first annual review
