Job Description

About us

dxw works with the public and third sectors to create services and products that improve lives.

We’ve been around since 2008 and worked on lots of projects that have made a real difference - things like helping to track aid spending and looking at how to improve digital collaboration between local authorities.

dxw is employee-owned and staff have an important voice in the direction of the company. People - the people who work at dxw, our clients, and the people we create services for - are at the forefront of what we do.

We want our teams to be as diverse as possible and to create an environment where everyone feels included and can be themselves. We work flexibly and always look to find ways we can meet different needs. We’re continually learning how we can do this better, so please reach out to recruitment@dxw.com if something relating to the application process or our ways of working is preventing you from applying.

About the role

You will be supporting the current contracts manager and programme delivery lead with monthly invoicing for all permanent members of staff and contractors across the programme, statements of work, pricing and budgets in our internal systems, and liaising with recruitment agencies and when rolling people off the projects.

You will be providing support to the larger programmes or projects across the organisation.

You will support the commercial operations manager in managing dxw’s client and supplier contracts and relationships. You will also be responsible for taking them through the commercial process, bridging their finance and procurement teams to our dxw delivery team.

You will be responsible for reporting the project and financial status within dxw, this will involve reviewing costs to data and forecasting programme figures for the overall cash flow.

You will ensure each commercial relationship has accurate and concise documentation, so that both dxw and the clients are clear on their responsibilities, including prompt payment.

You will be integral to setting up and managing our relationships with the dxw friends, who are our contractor partners. You will be responsible for continuously improving the process of onboarding and offboarding dxw friends/contractors onto the programmes.

You will maintain and keep up to date all sources of information relating to contractual agreements including contract databases, deals in Hubspot, and folders in Google Drive.

Our public sector work means that appointments will be made subject to a background check and you must be located and eligible to work in the UK at the point of application. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer visa sponsorship.

For applicants living in a London borough, we offer an additional payment up to £4,000 per year to help with the costs of living in London. The amount offered will depend on your salary level.
