Job Description
This is an exciting new role at the Green Party, created to support our work on equity, equality, diversity and inclusion (EEDI). The EEDI Officer will work closely with the EEDI and Culture Manager to help build more inclusive and fair ways of working across the organisation.
As the Green Party continues to grow, this role will help make sure EEDI principles are part of everyday work. This includes recruitment, member activities, and how the organisation develops over time. The postholder will deliver practical training and guidance, assist with the collection and use of data, and help run programmes that put EEDI into practice and support an inclusive culture.
We are looking for someone with experience of supporting EEDI, HR, organisational development, or similar work. You will be committed to equity and social justice, able to manage competing priorities, and confident working independently.
