Job Description

Are you passionate about making a real impact and driving change? Do you want to be at the forefront of ensuring the Green Party is ready to win even more MPs in the next election? Although it might seem far away, we are already working towards this exciting goal.

After our success in winning four MPs at the last election, and a successful by-election bringing in a fifth MP at the start of 2026, we are now gearing up for 2029, aiming to secure even more victories. Our membership and supporters are key to achieving this, and this role would ensure we are reaching even more people.

As the Community Retention Officer, you will oversee the experience of our members and supporters, across England and Wales by planning and executing their communications and putting on events to ensure members and supporters continually deepen their relationship with the Green Party – staying engaged and donating, volunteering and voting.

We are recruiting 2 Retention Officers - one to focus on Members and one to focus on Supporters. In these roles, you will have the opportunity to build something truly special, working with people across the organisation to ensure the Green Party grows in line with its ambitions. We need someone able to look at data and turn that insight into action.
