Our service coordinators are critical in ensuring delivery of Dot Dot Dot’s service and social mission.

You will be at the heart of our business, managing projects and working directly with communities of guardians and property owners. You will manage guardians throughout their time as a property guardian. You will have oversight of the properties and use a combination of operational diligence to ensure effective engagement with our guardians and clients to ensure that projects are run safely and successfully, and that they support our social mission.

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining operational delivery with strategic thinking. You’ll be supported in role by our senior service coordinator and service lead.
