Job Description
The Signatory Operations team sits within the Operations & People team and is responsible for ensuring that our signatories and other stakeholders are supported across our global signatory base and connected with the right resources to develop their responsible investment practice.
The primary responsibility of this role will be customer support for our signatories (primarily email), with a focus on signatory reporting. Additional responsibilities will include delivering group information calls to signatories, supporting the translation of key communications, and ensuring signatories are up to date with their administrative requirements (i.e. invoice payment), as well as process improvement projects.
This role will be required to provide professional level business support in both English and Mandarin. In addition to language skills, this role requires someone with some knowledge of financial markets or membership organisations, and an eye for detail, who is proactive, with excellent communication skills and who can build and maintain strong relationships within the team and across the organisation.
Core Responsibilities:
60-70% of role: Respond to signatory & stakeholder queries through the PRI’s central email system, liaising internally as needed to provide an excellent experience, in line with our internal SLAs.
Become an expert in the PRI’s reporting framework and its application (including the reporting portal and data portal), in order to be able to support signatories and be an internal point of contact for questions.
Ensure signatory data is correct in line with internal processes and SLAs,
support signatories in updating their information in the CRM, and follow up with signatories to update key account information as required. Monitor and resolve issues with inaccurate signatory data.
Support the administration of signatory accounts including invoice payment reminders, and other compliance follow-up communications.
Ad hoc support in the delivery of other key resources and events as appropriate, which may include translating/proofing key communications and organising mailouts, analysing signatory data, market research, or process improvements.
Deliver presentations to potential and new signatories on the work of the PRI.
Deliver presentations and training internally on the work of Signatory Operations.
Support the Director in delivering against the team’s business plan and budget, providing regular reporting as required.
Person Specification & Selection Criteria
Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others
Excellent networking, relationship management and interpersonal skills and experience of building strong and productive relationships
A keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to record keeping
IT/Digital skills – Strong Microsoft Office skills, CRM and ticketing systems would be an advantage – in particular Salesforce and/or Intercom
As this is a global role, annual travel to London will be a requirement with some ad hoc travel requirements possible.
