The Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the importance of creativity in digital marketing, full of ideas for how brands can leverage smart creative strategies, and who has a commercial mindset to join our creative team at Incubeta as a Creative Account Manager. 

You will join a small but ambitious team of digital creative specialists, working with teams across the business to deliver smart and engaging creative for our clients. You will have the opportunity to lead, shape and grow client relationships, leading on a wide variety of creative projects and collaborating with specialists to deliver strategies and concepts that exceed our clients’ expectations. As well as working closely with our UK specialists, you will also have access to our global team of designers and developers and opportunities to collaborate on projects with global teams.

This is a dynamic and fast moving environment and no two days are the same! Because we’re a small and growing team, in addition to day to day client work you will find yourself leading projects to define and implement new operational processes, contributing to new business initiatives and working with our media and consultancy teams to integrate creative into our wider services.

Key Responsibilities

You will…

  • be the main point of contact for our creative clients

  • work with them to review and develop creative strategies that help them achieve their campaign goals and improve their executional maturity

  • work closely with our production and design teams to produce creative concepts that meet client briefs

  • be responsible for managing commercials for clients, including putting together pricing models and seeking opportunities to increase scope

  • work with our media buying teams to ensure creative is a core part of our wider digital strategy

  • support the sales team in delivering creative strategies in pitches

  • find opportunities to test and develop new formats that can be rolled out across other clients


About You

  • You have broad experience in the digital creative space, having worked with or otherwise engaged with a variety of creative providers and technologies

  • You have experience of delivering creative for digital campaigns (e.g. display, social and video) and have a good understanding of best practices

  • You are very familiar with dynamic creative and how it can be used in campaigns

  • You have a commercial mindset and feel comfortable upselling to clients

  • You have good communication and presentation skills

  • You enjoy working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

Salary

Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path.  We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.

Learning and Development
