Bridges is seeking an Associate to join our Client & Strategy Development (C&SD) team.

We are seeking an ambitious self-starter to be part of a growing C&SD team to meet the growth ambitions of Bridges.

Priorities for the role

·         Developing and creating fundraising pitch presentations and other marketing collateral

·         Drafting of fund private placement memoranda (PPM) and due diligence materials, including drafting responses to prospective investors’ due diligence questionnaires

·         Setting up and maintaining online data rooms and generally assisting in supporting prospective investors through due diligence

·         Liaising with Finance and Legal & Compliance teams to undertake KYC/AML checks of prospective investors and generally supporting in the closing of investor commitments to funds

·         Preparing analyses for annual investor meetings and investor updates (e.g. case studies, LP cashflow forecasts, performance benchmarking)

·         Assisting in responding to investor queries in a timely and accurate fashion

·         Working closely with the Investment and Finance teams to ensure up-to-date quarterly fund performance – actual and projections

·         Assisting with maintaining/updating the CRM and portfolio monitoring platform (iLevel)

·         Working on new strategy development, assisting with market analyses and research

·         As the candidate builds experience and expertise in role, they will be encouraged to build direct communications and relationships with existing and prospective investors

The Key attributes we’re looking for in a candidate:

·         Keen interest in sustainable and impact investment

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

·         Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and within a team

·         Proven ability to design and execute in-depth research project from start to finish

·         Good interpersonal skills and multi-stakeholder management

·         Strong attention to detail and operational awareness

Suitable candidates will have

·         Excellent academic qualifications – degree level education or experience

·         Strong analytical skills and financial modelling experience a plus

·         Background in financial services – Investor Relations, Investment Banking, M&A, Management Consulting, Fund Research, Strategy or Investment

·         Keen interest in private markets – prior Private Equity or Investor Relations experience not a pre-requisite but beneficial

·         Excellent project management skills

The remuneration offered will be commensurate with experience.
