Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a social media-savvy marketing executive to join our friendly and dynamic team. You’ll work with the senior marketing manager to create and execute marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You’ll use your data analysis, content creation, and digital marketing skills to support our product and brand initiatives. You’ll also deliver personalised customer experiences to increase our membership and engagement.

What you’ll do:

·       Support the marketing team with all marketing and membership campaigns across web, social media, email and print.

·       Create engaging visuals, copy and campaigns that maximise content and engagement opportunities, and report on their performance.

·       Act as a brand ambassador for CFA UK and ensure consistency and quality in all communications.

·       Assist the senior marketing manager with segmentation and data analysis.

·       Execute the sustainability community growth strategy and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.

·       Use Adobe Creative Suite to design collateral and marketing assets following brand guidelines and templates.

·       Update the website using the CMS system (Sitecore) and ensure best practice and currency.

·       Support CFA UK members and volunteers through day-to-day engagement and ad hoc meetings

·       Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks, meeting prep, diary management, co-ordination and attendance at CFA UK events.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in creative design in asset creation

  • Proven experience in design, planning, website delivery, brand stewardship, email marketing, social media, data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively at all levels, with initiative and creativity.

  • Knowledge of the investment sector and CFA UK products and services is desirable.

·       You’re proficient in using Content Management Systems (Sitecore preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite.

·       You know how to use social media and email marketing platforms to create and measure campaigns.

·       You’re passionate about marketing, digital and communications.

 

Key Qualities:

·       You’re self-motivated and can work independently and as part of a team.

·       You have excellent organisational and time management skills.

·       You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       You have a high level of personal integrity and confidentiality.

·       You have at least 2 years of experience in a marketing role.

·       You have a degree or equivalent relevant experience.
