Next steps

All you need to do is start the process by clicking on the button on the top right.

You’ll answer some questions that are related to your experience. After the role closes, your answers will go through our sift process: all answers will be anonymised, randomised and then reviewed by a panel of reviewers. Please note that due to the high volume of applications expected we will take a staged approach to sifting:

Stage 1: Responses to admin and multiple choice questions (majority 'yes' make it through to Stage 2)

Stage 2: Responses to sift questions 1 and 2 (average scores of 3+ make it through to Stage 3)

Stage 3: Responses to remaining questions

Applicants must complete their responses to all questions at time of application.

If you are shortlisted, we’ll invite you to the next step, which includes completing a task and a formal interview carried out remotely over zoom. Also, we love giving feedback, so at the end of the application process we'll share how well you performed.

**********************

We are experiencing really good responses to our adverts. This may lead us to closing the opportunity early and so if you are considering applying then please do so early to avoid missing out. We will be speaking to candidates on a rolling basis as we go.
