Job Description

Associate Consultant

Diversity is a reality. Inclusion is a choice.™  Frost Included Ltd, f(i), is a consultancy that brings together smart people who care about diversity and inclusion in order to establish more inclusive organisations.

f(i) builds inclusive cultures through developing leadership and re-engineering systems and processes. We positively disrupt the Boardroom in corporations, academia, media and government. We achieve measurable change - greater representation (diversity) and more conscious decision-making (inclusion) to benefit individuals, organisations and the world at large. Our work covers five areas:

  • 1 Strategy: we work directly with CEOs and HRDs to make D&I part of corporate strategy

  • 2 Data: we design, model and measure inclusion to permit more accurate interventions

  • 3 Governance: we observe and improve corporate decision making from Board to shop floor

  • 4 Leadership: we deliver keynotes, hackathons and our full Inclusive Leadership programme to reframe inclusion as a personal leadership responsibility

  • 5 Systems: we de-bias critical business processes such as recruitment and procurement

f(i) has world-class capabilities in designing and implementing programmes in the public, private and third sectors. Founded as a legacy of the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics, we are passionate about benefitting the clients we work with. They range from world-renowned tech and finance companies to universities, charities and TV companies. Whilst a significant proportion of our clientele are based in London and the UK, we work internationally. f(i) creates real impact - we are a start-up with big ambition and want to achieve even more.

Role

This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for interacting with leading professionals in world-class organisations, helping them to truly understand and embed inclusion to benefit what they do. Reporting to f(i)’s Head of Impact, you will be a key member of the team with a focus on supporting and leading project deliveries, product research and development, and developing your own thought leadership.

You will build and maintain deep client relationships, support sales pitches, prepare and deliver our range of services, respond to questions and client interactions, and prepare, write and deliver client-facing reports. Comfortably switching between high-level strategy and day-to-day tactics, you will build instant credibility with our clientele across multiple industries and geographies, helping to achieve our strategic priorities. At f(i) you will have the freedom to take your career wherever you want to go.

This is not a typical consultancy role. We are a consultancy but with a profound purpose - delivering our services that change mindsets and behaviours, that drive organisational change, and ultimately positively impact the wider world.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and leading client delivery of diversity and inclusion programming across our entire cycle of work

  • Define, deliver and measure impact of major D&I programmes:

    • Strategy: Design and facilitate strategic workshops with organisational leaders; deliver D&I strategy development projects

    • Governance: Advise clients on D&I accountability and structures; support employee resource groups and networks

    • Leadership: Support, deliver and embed leadership interventions, from keynotes to multi-month blended learning programmes to app-based mobile microlearning

    • Systems: Support and perform deep systems reviews to debias processes around talent and the business

  • Research and produce world-leading thought leadership on D&I; contribute to our annual Impact Report; speak at events; and much more.

  • Identify and build new opportunities by establishing and leveraging client relationships

  • Prepare proposals and pitches for new business

  • Support project management of client deliveries

  • Support new product development, particularly with a digital lens

  • Coach and mentor your colleagues and take a highly proactive approach to your own learning and development
