ABOUT US:

What drives people’s trust (or lack thereof) in a company or brand? What are opinions on key issues in the tech sector, for oil & gas majors, or for FMCG companies? Which communications and messages will help maintain an organisation’s reputation?

 

We use innovative research methods to answer these questions for our clients, giving them a deeper insight into how they are perceived, and provide advice on how this can change. We do this through an understanding of people, grounded in effective research, behavioural science and years of experience working with many of the world’s largest organisations.

YOUR ROLE:

As a Graduate, you’ll be a key part of our team working on real-life client projects for some of the world’s most well-renowned companies. You will gain exposure to a variety of industries and corporate research as well as other key skills such as project management, IT, and quantitative and qualitative research techniques. In addition, you will gain a good knowledge of what a career in market research might entail, what is needed to progress, as well as exposure to a range of different corporate policy areas.

As a Graduate you’ll gain experience of the basic research process, for example through:  

  • Preparing and updating project plans

  • Working on questionnaire scripts and data files

  • Developing and analysing data code frames and data table specifications

  • Looking for patterns and stories in data

  • Involvement in development of client presentations/ report structures

  • Working effectively with team members and suppliers

  • Company operating practices and quality processes

  • Quantitative research methods (face-to-face, telephone, online, mobile)

  • Qualitative research skills including note taking at depth interviews and discussion groups

Those who are successful at this stage will be progressed to a gamified test, and then a Skype interview.  The final stage will be a virtual interview with the team.
