Job Description

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will work with the Head of Digital Marketing to evaluate, plan and develop opportunities for the PRI’s commercial growth via marketing.The Growth Marketing Manager will work largely across our flagship events including PRI in Person as well as our Academy training arm, plus generating new signatory growth in emerging markets.This role will work across web, email, social, and paid channels to execute the intended strategies for growth. As well as working with colleagues in the Digital Marketing Team, this role will work with colleagues across the events, Academy, and Responsible Investment Ecosystem teams to understand objectives and audiences for the campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Digital Marketing to develop and deliver the commercial aspects of the PRI marketing strategy

  • Work with senior stakeholders to support the development of new revenue opportunities – e.g. sponsored webinars, awards, events, etc.

  • Analyse and enhance acquisition funnels to acquire new users effectively, reporting on learnings and recommendations for future growth.

  • Manage and deliver content across paid channels as well as content on owned channels that support commercial endeavours

  • Create commercial marketing content – for example messaging, email writing and ad-hoc social post development

  • Support the work to build and foster partnerships with appropriate third-party organisations.

  • Assess the landscape for new technology and opportunities to support the improvement of commercial marketing.

Person Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Demonstrable proven professional marketing experience, including significant time spent working with B2B or finance brands.

  • Strong eye for detail and ability to proofread and edit complex text.

  • Advanced knowledge of PPC, paid social media and other paid channels.

  • Experience of driving partnership marketing campaigns

  • Experience with analytics – providing end-to-end campaign reports.

  • Able to translate analytics for colleagues without a marketing background and make recommendations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

  • Understanding of how to optimise written content for digital campaigns.

  • Solid understanding of good social content that is likely to convert.

  • Proven results in customer acquisition

  • Experience working on new product launches, market sizing and showing the results. 

  • Experience working on a B2B campaign for a professional audience.  

  • Knowledge of ESG and Financial Services is a bonus.
