About the Role

W&P is seeking a highly creative and self-motivated Brand Marketing Manager to assist in developing and executing content across owned marketing channels. The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning W&P’s content strategy, framework and content creation  for social, email, SMS, influencer, affiliate, web and brand marketing campaigns. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for a creative hard-working individual to create engaging content at an innovative, design-forward brand. 

This role reports to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, with executional support from the Social Media Coordinator, and can be fully remote (US-based) or work out of our coworking spaces in NYC.  

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand voice, our content pillars, and the “why” behind our products and translating that knowledge into compelling marketing campaigns

  • Own our social media calendar, inclusive of planning daily content in line with the annual marketing calendar and replying to consumer questions and partnership inquiries, with support from the Social Media Coordinator

  • Manage brand marketing calendar and content production process, including asset planning and copy 

  • Excellent writing and copy-editing skills with understanding of brand tone & voice

  • Management of influencer and affiliate relationships, including overseeing product gifting, content creation, UGC catalog, and performance tracking, and launching our first VIP and Influencer Ambassador programs

  • Grow and optimize existing Amazon affiliate program and implement best practices 

  • Collaborate with our Performance and Creative team members to ensure all channels are supported with stellar product launches and brand marketing campaigns.

  • Assist in styling and managing photo/video shoots with in-house Visual Media team to build marketing content

  • Manage brand partnerships communications and timelines for campaigns or co-merchandised opportunities.

  • Own social & influencer analytics, such as monthly social performance, CPM, CPV, CPA 

  • Build and test email & SMS campaigns, working with our in-house Design Team to develop creative assets

  • Own innovation key messaging for Amazon and website

  • Oversees all marketing inputs and sales materials such as, packaging, innovation,  retailer decks, sales catalogs, sell sheets and new product launches 

  • Execute small-scale marketing needs for the Marketing team

About You

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in marketing, brand partnerships and/or content development

  • Excellent writing and copy-editing skills with great attention to detail and grasp of brand voice

  • Strong creative eye and knowledge of how to identify and create on-brand assets and materials

  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) with an ability to think creatively about how to leverage each platform for effective storytelling moments 

  • Interest in the food, beverage and wellness industries with a pulse on emerging trends 

  • Experience creating or overseeing content across owned channels (social, email, sms, web)

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and briefing design and photography teams to build marketing campaigns

  • Effective problem-solver, well-versed in communicating with tact, grace and empathy when managing relationships with customers and brand partners

  • Exceptionally organized and process driven

  • Eagerness to learn and grow across all marketing disciplines

  • Strong appetite for storytelling and the digital landscape.
