Job Description
Do you want the opportunity to work with leading organisations and help them become truly inclusive? Frost Included Ltd, f(i), are looking for a D&I Data Analysts to join our talent pool. You’ll be part of the team delivering world-class expertise, helping our clients transform their leaders, teams and business.
Company
Diversity is a reality. Inclusion is a choice.™
f(i) is a consultancy that brings together smart people who care about diversity and inclusion in order to build more inclusive organisations.
f(i) builds inclusive cultures through developing leadership and re-engineering systems and processes. We positively disrupt the Boardroom in corporations, academia, media and government. We achieve measurable change - greater representation (diversity) and more conscious decision-making (inclusion) to benefit individuals, organisations and the world at large. Our work covers five areas:
1 Strategy: we work directly with CEOs and HRDs to make D&I part of corporate strategy
2 Data: we design, model and measure inclusion to permit more accurate interventions
3 Governance: we observe and improve corporate decision making from Board to shop floor
4 Leadership: we deliver keynotes, hackathons and our full Inclusive Leadership programme to reframe inclusion as a personal leadership responsibility
5 Systems: we de-bias critical business processes such as recruitment and procurement
f(i) has world-class capabilities in designing and implementing programmes in the public, private and third sectors. Founded as a legacy of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, we are passionate about benefitting the clients we work with. They range from world-renowned tech and finance companies to universities, charities and TV companies. Whilst a significant proportion of our clientele are based in London and the UK, we work internationally.
f(i) creates real impact - we are a scale-up with big ambition and want to achieve even more.
Role
Our Data Analysts are tasked with analysing D&I data we gather. You will use the tools we have already developed, improve our current measurement tools and develop new methods of measuring the effectiveness of our unique D&I products. You will also work with the team to prepare, write and deliver client-facing reports, contributing to f(i)’s impact strategy.
You will have the opportunity to further develop cutting-edge metrics that measure inclusive cultures. In addition, you’ll work with industry-leading clients across markets and sectors. You’ll help innovate new ways of measuring diversity, inclusion, and workplace culture in collaboration with experts in the field.
Responsibilities
Data Collection: collection of data using various survey tools
Analysis: using a range of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to interrogate and analyse data. In particular, working knowledge of basic statistical tests such as various difference of means tests and regression analysis are essential.
Interpretation: Drawing useful insights from analysis and identifying the limitations of the data (not making overly-large claims that the data doesn’t actually support)
Reporting: turning data and analysis into informative reports, including simple but effective visualisations of data for non-experts in statistics
D&I knowledge: taking key issues around diversity and inclusion and working to find creative ways to use data to help solve them
Collaboration: working with the f(i) team, including non-experts in statistics, to analyse and report data in ways that are most useful for clients to turn that into action
