You’ll oversee our product design, inspire our designers, and help us keep customer needs at the heart of everything we do.

And you’ll be an advocate for design across Habito, helping us put design thinking at the heart of everything that we do.

• Set and articulate the vision for product design at Habito. Be the voice of and advocate for design across the company. Shape the direction for our design strategy and team.

• Manage, grow and mentor the product design team. Create an environment where designers can thrive and do their best work. We’d love you to have had experience managing design teams before.

• Help us deliver excellent design with customer needs at its heart. Embed our showstopper brand throughout the product. Manage creative processes from concept to completion. Clear the way for our designers, making sure our product and design processes are working in their favour.

• Work with basically every team – product, brand and marketing, user research, engineering, customer experience, mortgage operations, business operations and more.
