What you will be doing:

  • Project Management (PM) and supporting Technical Due Diligence process of PV or hybrid projects during development, construction and operational phases. In the projects where the PM role is allocated, he/she will manage the relationships with Clients, supervise the Due Diligence process & reporting and technical resources required;

  • Performing reviews and supporting the training of colleagues in matters relating to development and construction of solar PV Projects in Spain, with particular focus on permitting, grid connection and land rights;

  • Managing multiple projects utilising internal and external resources and liaising with all parties;

  • Managing operational monitoring services including reviewing operational project O&M reports, data analysis to assess performance and operational issues, risk quantification and mitigation identification;

  • Carrying-out business development with existing and new clients and lead/support in the development/enhancement of new services, as well as driving the growth of Everoze in Spain and Portugal;

  • Supporting the delivery of strategic work.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • MEng Engineering degree, or similar;

  • More than 3 years of technical experience in relevant sector;

  • Experience in managing technical due diligence process and review of Spanish solar PV grid, land and permitting documentation;

  • Comfortable working on projects with evolving scopes, in the context of competing priorities;

  • Capable of determining commercial implications of technical risks;

  • You are open-minded and able to adapt your experience/knowledge and working approach to a non-hierarchical organisation and find working in that environment exciting;

  • Able to manage concurrent & different tasks and prioritise work load;

  • Comfortable working at pace and to tight deadlines;

  • Able to write clear, concise and accurate reports in English and Spanish;

  • Native/fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong organizational, networking & personal skills;

  • Familiar in dealing with financial institutions;

  • Generalist knowledge of all aspects of relevant sector and key development/operational risks;

  • Experience in other European and worldwide markets;

  • Additional language skills like Portuguese or Italian will be of added value;

  • Storage/Wind/H2 experience.
