Job Description

About the role

This is a great opportunity to work in a small Quality Team supporting the Community Healthcare teams based in Cyprus and the wider SSAFA Family Health Services (FHS) organisation.  The role is integral in supporting the administration of areas relating to the quality agenda, including audits and quality improvement plans, incident and plaudit report management, ISO 9001 reviews, contract performance reporting, risk registers, policy documentation and associated meetings. This role will enable you to gain experience, knowledge and skills in healthcare governance within a supportive environment.

About the team

You will be managed by the Head of Quality and Performance and supported by the Governance Facilitator and Data Lead. You will liaise with all staff members in the Cyprus and Overseas Healthcare and FHS environment.

About you

You will have excellent attention to detail and be open to learning new skills. You will be experienced at using Microsoft Office 365 applications and have specific knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, Excel and Forms. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of analysing and presenting complex statistical information and trends is essential. The ability to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload is vital. You will be proactive and a self-starter.
