Reporting to: Head of Technology
Mid level role
Salesforce Administrator – The Modern House & Inigo
Your role will be to optimise our Salesforce org, ensuring seamless integration and functionality to support our teams. This includes customisation, providing user support, and delivering insights through reports and dashboards. You will work across both The Modern House and Inigo brands.
Responsibilities
The Salesforce Administrator’s core responsibilities are to:
• Customisation & Management: Oversee Salesforce customisation, user roles, security, and data integrity.
• Support & Training: Provide ongoing support and training for Salesforce users.
• Reporting & Analysis: Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to business processes within Salesforce.
• Integration: Manage integrations with other systems and ensure data consistency.
Sort operational and administrative tasks in a timely, tactful way:
· Ensure data compliance and security (GDPR).
· Maintain system documentation and best practices
· Provide proactive, professional guidance to Managers and team members.
· Measure and improve the experience of working with Salesforce.
Performance Indicators

• User satisfaction
• Data accuracy and integrity
• System uptime and performance
• Efficiency improvements
Knowledge & Skills
Essential:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Independent thinker with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Desirable:
· Experience in an estate agency or sales-based environment.
· Experience with PropertyBase, Conga Composer, FormAssembly and Docusign
Team
The Salesforce Administrator reports into our Head of Technology and will work closely with all teams.
