Your transformative journey will commence with an intensive 14-week training programme, that has been built bespoke for our Hays Consultants to succeed. This will be on site for the first 14 weeks, with the opportunity to collaborate with SME’s in the Recruitment field. This immersive experience will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the fast-paced world of client & candidate management, sales development, recruitment and more! Following the training you will work in one of our specialisms which could be: Technology, Commercial, Life Science and More!!
