Job Description
The Green Party Membership Team is looking for a Membership Assistant to work with them on providing an outstanding experience for our members, friends, donors and supporters.
We need a customer service champion with strong organisational skills – a vital team member who will help the team deliver the high standard of customer service and attention to detail that our members expect and deserve.
You will be self-motivated and eager to provide our members and supporters with the best service possible. Having the aptitude to learn new systems, pick up processes quickly and a natural ability to multi-task is crucial as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You’ll have the confidence to answer queries from our members, and also members of the public, as well as the aptitude to decide when they need to be escalated to senior staff within the organisation.
