RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership in Implementation Strategy: Lead the development of the Centre's unique approach to implementing evidence-based policy and practice. Use multidisciplinary methodologies such as person-centred design and implementation science to drive impact.

  • Engagement with Practitioners and People with Lived Experience: Collaborate with practitioners and people with lived experience to understand and map homelessness practices and experiences, informing our evidence generation agenda and enhancing practitioner effectiveness and service user experiences.

  • Policy Influence: Work closely with our Evidence and Data, Comms, and Programmes Teams, to support the integration of evidence and data into homelessness policy-making at local and national levels across the UK.

  • Development and Partnerships: Contribute to development and partnership efforts, collaborating with the Head of Development and CEO to engage potential funders and shape the Centre's growth trajectory.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently engage with senior leaders and stakeholders at local and national levels, fostering relationships and advocating for evidence-based approaches.

  • Team Management: Manage our implementation team, fostering a self-directed and flexible work environment conducive to impactful outcomes.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This role is pivotal in advancing CHI's implementation agenda, translating evidence into impactful policies and practices, and nurturing stakeholder relationships critical to our mission.
