ABOUT US:

Strategy3 are a leading innovation, brand, marketing and business strategy consultancy within Ipsos - a global market research house.

At Strategy3, we approach every engagement as if it were a journey. As with every journey, the broader the skill sets of the travellers, the more successful the quest. With this core belief, we've assembled a diverse, multi-disciplinary team that brings our unique backgrounds and expertise together on every challenge. Our consultants have, in prior lives, been journalists, management consultants, architects, sociologists, marketing executives, entrepreneurs, data analysts, futurologists, brand strategists, and psychologists.

What we all share is a passion for businesses, their strategies and customers, understanding behaviour, transforming organizations, and telling great stories.

YOUR ROLE:

As part of the S3 team, you will play a key role as a Graduate Analyst in helping the team to deliver our client engagements, assisting in executive interviews, supporting in both primary and secondary research, preparing deliverables and helping to present brand strategies to clients such as Ferrero, PayPal, Vodafone, GSK, Ikea and Shell. No two projects are the same, and the work spans a variety of topics (innovation, brand architecture, futurism, customer strategy) and categories (retail, luxury, automotive, pharma, beauty).

Typical engagements include developing innovation strategies, understanding consumers, brand strategy creation, and making informed decisions on launching new products or entering new markets. These are all underpinned by the great research Ipsos is known for.

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of both left-brain (analytical) and right-brain (creative) skills to bear on our client’s problems: someone who is as comfortable in analysing client business questions as they are answering those questions by building a compelling storyline. Our approach to solving problems requires fluidity and comfort in ambiguity.

Skills, behaviours and attributes we are seeking:

  • Business acumen – you have a strong interest and demonstrated understanding of our clients’ business challenges and goals, and creating analyses that answer their key questions

  • Analytical and insightful – you have the ability to take complex and messy information and data and synthesising these into concise insights that tell a compelling story

  • Operational excellence – you pride yourself on delivering high quality and error-free work and conduct research where necessary to fill in any knowledge gaps

  • Strong project and self-management skills – you’re able to juggle multiple projects under the pressure of tight deadlines

  • Curiosity – you are curious about the world and excited to learn about new industries, products, and ways of seeing the world

  • Effective collaboration – you like to make connections and work at building relationships with the immediate team, clients, and broader Ipsos research community

  • Growth mindset – you hold a strong desire to grow personally and professionally and seek opportunities to create business & personal impact from day 1

Along with…

  • Impeccable written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills

  • Positive energy – you’re creative and like to have fun

  • The unrestricted right to work in the UK
