Job Description

Job title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Department: Supply Chain

Reports to: Customer Supply Chain Manager

Salary: A competitive salary is available plus great company benefits

Location: Flexible hybrid working, Farringdon location

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Little Moons are frozen and chilled mochi, a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine – soft and chewy rice flour dough wrapped around balls of ice cream, cheesecake, or chocolate ganache to create a distinctive, bite-sized, and delicious dessert that’s bursting with flavour.

Their rollout across Europe has been pioneered by sister and brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, who founded Little Moons in 2010.  The product’s roots are in high-end restaurants, but over the last five years retail packs have swept the ice cream category in grocery and food service.

Little Moons has rapidly established mochi, and snacking ice cream, across Europe. In 2024 we generated more than £60m revenue, and in 2025 we continue to drive towards double digit growth.

We are very proud of the culture that we have built at Little Moons. Not to stroke our own egos, but we are a great bunch of people—smart, passionate, interesting, and funny—who work hard to support and live our values, all the while keeping our mission in our forethoughts.

The Role:

Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Manager, this role is key to supporting the business in achieving its ambitious growth plans through the development and evolution of the Supply Chain. • Responsible for working with customs brokers, vets and governing bodies to raise export documentation (e.g. EHCs/COO) and react to changes in regulations

  • Main operational contact for customers, driving a best-in-class service by resolving order queries, proactive communication on shortages/upstream issues and collaborating on promotion/NPD launches

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers to understand their needs, enhance service levels, and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Work with other Supply Chain teams on stock availability, production plans and demand changes to minimise risks and find solutions

  • Ensure adequate stock cover is maintained at 3rd party locations

  • Partner with internal International Sales teams regarding orders, address customer service concerns, and support account management efforts

  • Oversee 3PL providers to ensure high levels of service to customers and develop a collaborative relationship to resolve operational issues

  • Maintain accurate data within the system (Sage 200 Professional), ensuring system records are up-to-date and reliable

  • Raise POs for our 3PL providers and cross-check invoiced charges challenging where necessary

  • Liaise with Finance on PO/Invoice management and discrepancy investigations ensuring high levels of financial control

  • Update 3rd Party portals ensuring orders are processed, export documentation is uploaded and deal with any issues that arise and escalate accordingly

  • Support internal reporting processes for transparency across business KPIs

  • Contribute to project teams to deliver business NPD and change projects

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize the supply chain network for efficiency and effectiveness

  • Support the company’s B Corp sustainability goals by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and lower emissions

  • Contribute to the business’ Sustainability strategy by delivering your Brighter Future Sustainability objectives, and supporting your direct reports to deliver theirs

Essential Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience within FMCG customer exports and familiarity with customs processes (knowledge of deep sea/Ocean Freight desirable)

  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Sage/SAP or similar)

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Ability to work with and manipulate large data sets to derive conclusions

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate clearly across multiple levels of the business
