Future VC empowers individuals from underrepresented backgrounds in venture capital, providing them with the skills, experience, and industry connections to succeed. Launched in 2018, we offer an 8-12 week, paid internship with top VC funds, designed to help participants kickstart their careers in venture capital.

Programme Dates

• Masterclasses & Developmental Sessions: Starting February 2025, these 2-3 hour weekly sessions will cover the essentials of Venture Capital, KPIs, and key terminology, preparing you for the internship.

• Internship: An 8-12 week internship begins in June 2025.

• Masterclasses: Led by industry experts, covering financial modelling, fund operations, impact investing, and more. Expect 2-3 hours of interactive learning per week.

• Mentorship: Personalized guidance from experienced VC professionals, offering practical advice and industry insights.

• Soft Skills Development: Training in networking, interview preparation, and career readiness.

Eligibility

Applicants should have at least one year of work experience and a genuine interest in pursuing a VC career. You must also have the right to live and work in one of the following countries: UK, US, France, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden.
