Job Description

Project Description:

  • The current licencing procedure is tedious and is complex which creates barriers for those planning to establish launch and spaceflight services.  UKLSL has been working on developing a tool based on a model built using MBSE to simplify the application process for a licence. The Space Industry Regulations have been analysed and requirements have been drawn out to help keep track of compliance.  The tool has been baselined at version 1.0 but there is room for further development into a smart software solution which will simplify the management of the regulations and therefore the successful candidate will: a) Develop their understanding of the UK Space Industry Regulations. b) Keep the requirements/ regulations up to date which will lead to updates to the MBSE model. c) Develop a software application based on the MBSE model.]
