Did you know that there are at least 20m people in the UK in vulnerable financial circumstances, who are poorly served or unfairly excluded from mainstream financial services?

That’s nearly a third of all adults in the UK.

We are Fair4All Finance. We are a not-for-profit organisation working with Financial Services providers to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services.

You’ll manage a growing team, represent us publicly, and play a central role in driving systems change that boosts financial inclusion.

*Please note: This role has a significant responsibility for influencing work and it is realistic to the role holder to need to be in the office and / or in meetings with external stakeholders in London 2 - 3 days a week. From time to time there may also be events and meetings to attend across the UK where necessary.*

  • Lead and develop a team of four, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

  • Navigate the complexities of a senior leadership role in an organisation with public accountability and a financial services change agenda.

    Essential experience & qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in senior communications roles, including leadership of teams and execution of high-level influencing strategies.

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering engagement strategies, with direct experience of engaging senior stakeholders.

  • Strong ability to develop and execute B2B communications and engagement plans within complex stakeholder and regulatory environments.

  • Experience handling communications in financial services, balancing public and commercial interests.

  • A strategic and influential leader with expertise in communications and stakeholder engagement.

  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation.

  • Strong commercial and public-sector awareness, with the ability to navigate complex environments.

  • A confident communicator, skilled in engaging diverse audiences and acting as an external spokesperson.
