Job Description
The Head of People Partnering is responsible for engagement and partnering activities to cultivate a sense of purpose, belonging and collective ambition across our global network.
You will collaborate closely with the Director of People & Culture in delivering the People & Culture strategy, enabling the overall PRI Strategy.
You will set the tone for partnering within the organisation and lead a high performing partnering team, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to successfully deliver on their commitments.
This is an opportunity to influence, support, and develop the organisation through partnering, coaching, and managing the delivery of HR initiatives and projects.
Core Responsibilities
Support the Director of People & Culture in delivering against the team’s business plan and budget.
Provide regular reporting to the Director of People & Culture and Chief Operations & People Officer as required.
Working with the Director of People & Culture to mentor the leadership team on best practice leadership and identify opportunities for development.
Serve as a champion and role model of the organisational culture.
Promote and celebrate diversity, equity & inclusion, ensuring best practice is embedded into all practices.
You will manage a team of People Partners as well as managing a Talent Acquisition Partner.
You will work with various internal networks and committees on a multitude of people topics, ensuring that actions are taken and implemented. This is an integral part of cross collaboration to ensure our employee voice is heard.
Foster an engaging and trusting environment where employees have a voice and can be their best.
Leading on the organisation employee engagement survey and subsequent action planning, ensuring there is a clear understanding of timeline, content, and expectations of the survey, this may include running organisational wide team level information sessions.
Partner closely with operational business units such as Finance & Risk to ensure compliance and alignment
Partnering closely with the wider team on our EOR’s, to ensure that our EOR workers are proactively managed with their in-country manager, assessing any risk, performance issues and general employment relations.
Deliver innovative reports, dashboards, metrics, and analysis that supports the People function and business units in making informed, data-driven decisions.
Collaborating with the Director of People & Culture on various projects & initiatives involving progression, promotions, development and working closely with the wider team for constructive collaboration and alignment.
Person Specification
Extensive business partner experience, collaborating with senior stakeholders with an ability to influence and secure confidence of others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Well-developed people management skills and experience of leading teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. Experience of using data to identify problems and trends, with the ability to recommend proactive solutions and initiatives.
Strong programme management focus given multiple priorities run simultaneously skills, with experience in delivering complex projects successfully, including directing others that will not be your direct reports.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Excellent networking, relationship management and interpersonal skills and experience of building strong and productive relationships at a senior level.
Demonstrates a commitment to developing others and a growth mindset, actively pursuing continuous profession and personal development.
Pragmatic, compassionate whilst proactive and innovative in providing business-based solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others, the ability to foster an inclusive working environment.
Digital capability (IT system skills, Microsoft Office, HRIS) and understanding the value of digital tools in creating an engaging workplace.
