You will be an integral member of the People Services team, based in our exciting, fast paced and friendly London Office and your role will include the following: (As this is a new role the this list is not exhaustive and may be subject to change and development over time.)

This is a pivotal role for both the London office and the entire UK business, this role will support the UK People Services team and the London Office. You will work closely with the People Services Manager and the role will be extremely varied with responsibilities for administration, recruitment admin, onboarding and leavers processes, facilities management and general administration.

You will be expected to take ownership of the People Services administration and work alongside the London and Bristol administrators and IT Services to streamline internal processes and deliver seamless support to the UK business.

Key Responsibilities

People Services Administrator

  • Administer the recruitment process, including monitoring the recruitment inbox, organising interviews and liaising with potential candidates / recruiters

  • Responsible for the delivery of People Services related administration supporting the end to end employee life cycle including new joiners, leavers, salary/benefit changes, maternity/parental leave, sick pay.

  • Process new starter paperwork, manage Right to Work and DBS compliance reporting where necessary.

  • Ensure that references are obtained for all new starters in-line with the Company’s resourcing requirements

  • Administer the process of onboarding new starters including liaising with IT team on new equipment, setting up training, and inductions on first week

  • Managing the shared People Services inbox

  • Handle employee inquiries and issue resolution across People Services and support employees and managers with self-service.

  • Respond to incoming requests for information i.e. references, landlord/mortgage inquires and government agencies

  • Collect and collate exit interview data on a regular basis for leavers.

  • Produce correspondence for all changes to employee terms and conditions as directed

  • Full ownership of the UK & Global extra mile award processes

Office Administration

  • Deputise for Office manager in their absence.

  • Liaise and support the IT Team (Bristol based) with London based IT inquiries

  • Assist Office Manager, when required, by:

  • liaising with Landlords

  • Ordering and packing away supplies

  • Dealing with post and receiving parcels

Experience & Skills Required

  • Previous HR experience required, Office Management experience is desirable

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and being proactive

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills

  • Team player with strong project management

  • Confident use of MS Office software, internet and e-mail

  • Confident, outgoing, positive, high energy and friendly manner
