About Us

Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works with Government, community groups and delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and wellbeing.

The role of the team spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project and delivery management (coordinating the delivery phase and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). Our own funding comes from a group of pioneering social investors, including The Office for Civil Society, Big Society Capital, Pilotlight, Trust for London, who, like us, are motivated by improving lives and changing the system for the better.

About the opportunity

As an Impact Analyst you will rep work alongside teams on one of our many social impact projects and you will be responsible for:

  • Analysing quantitative and qualitative data to recommend and implement improvements in delivery:

  • Being the primary lead in creating high-quality analysis that can enable the development, improvement, and innovation of services, resulting in improving the wellbeing of the people on the programme.

  • Working in collaboration with Programme Leads and Delivery Partners, providing an aggregated, consistent, and holistic representation of programme statistics, exploring the data, and making recommendations to help optimise programme success and services.

  • Being the primary lead in producing regular reports and insights that aid decision making, using dashboarding to extract analytical values to communicate to technical and non-technical colleagues.

  • Improving systems and processes to drive continuous improvement:

  • Maintaining high standards of process documentation, identify opportunities for process automation and ease of access to information by colleagues across BOP.

  • Working in collaboration with colleagues across BOP as subject matter expert attend project meetings and wider forums to represent Programme team.

  • Protecting the integrity of BOP’s databases, carrying out regular audits, reviews, and process to improve the quality of the data on our databases.

  • Supporting the BOP Programme team to effectively manage the delivery:

  • Supporting the Programme Lead, building relationships with our Delivery Partners and their front-line teams, as required to support the successful outcome of programme milestones.

  • Working closely with the Programme Lead and colleagues in Finance, to ensure invoices for outcomes achieved are processed and paid within a timely manner.

  • Supporting Programme Lead and delivery more broadly across all operational and project management needs, including coordination of team activities and providing other administrative support.

  • IT and Data Analytic Skills: You have a strong working knowledge and understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and you embrace the opportunity to learn new IT applications.

  • Previous Saleforce experience would be advantageous.
