As our Head of Product, you’ll be responsible for taking our product function to the next level, setting, owning and executing the product strategy, and leading and mentoring the product team.

We strongly encourage applications from people with diverse lived experience and identities, as the problems we face are complex, and the more diverse our team is, the better our solutions become. • You’re energised by the opportunity to take a scaling product function to the next level

  • You enjoy a mix of leadership and rolling up your sleeves for some hands-on work

  • The idea of redefining what the digital experience of superannuation feels like gets your heart racing

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Believes in Future Super’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy

  • Thrives in a scale up environment and can bring clarity and focus to the team among competing priorities and evolving needs

  • Can draw on their deep product experience to up-level our team’s impact and ways of working

  • Is excited by rolling up their sleeves and getting into the detail with the team

  • Has a knack for setting inspiring product strategies, getting stakeholders on board with them, and enabling the teams around them to successfully execute

  • Has a strong track record of execution and results in product development

  • Is strong with numbers, testing frameworks and understanding key points of leverage

As the Head of Product you will:

  • Set and own the digital product strategy, including creating an inspiring vision, determining the key metrics, aligning the team with the strategy and being accountable for execution of the strategy

  • Lead and mentor the product team, including a small team of product managers and designers and grow the team where necessary

  • Product Manage one of our two growth squads, working with the product designer and developers on the squad to progress it's North Star metric

  • Enable the use of data, analytics and testing to improve the digital product & member side of the business

  • Own member insights & product research, being the go-to person for a deep understanding of our members and how they use our products, as well as market and technical trends

Don’t tick all the boxes? That’s okay, we like thinking outside the box. We value skills, passion and who you are over what you’ve done or where you’ve studied. So if this job resonates with you, we want to hear from you!

Why would you enjoy working at Future Super?

  • We offer employee network groups for people from diverse backgrounds: SuperGenders for cisgender women, trans men and women and  non-binary folks; SuperGlobal for culturally diverse folks; and SuperPride for LGBTQIA+ folks.
