Job Description

Thank you for taking an interest in applying for this role at Imperial Health Charity. We are looking for a pro-active, efficient and approachable Finance Manager to join our team.

As a key part of our small finance team, you will be involved in all aspects of the charity’s financial operations and financial management.

You will report to the Financial Controller and manage two Finance Officers as direct reports. This position would suit someone working towards a professional qualification (AAT or equivalent) and with a proven track record of direct liaison with stakeholders and experience of line management.

You will be an excellent Communicator, hold a high level of integrity and emotional intelligence. In this varied role, you’ll have the chance to work closely with both internal and external financial and nonfinancial stakeholders contributing to the charity’s strategic objectives and making a positive impact for patients and NHS staff.

You will have:

• A commitment to the values and principles of the NHS.

• The ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the role.

• The ability to travel between our hospital locations in north west London as required.

• No envisaged barriers to obtaining DBS disclosure
