Job Description

We are searching for a Business Development Executive covering North London.
Salary £35,000 + Travel covered + Performance based incentives
Full time, Field Based (Fixed term Contract)

Stage 2 interviews: Held in person, on Friday 19th September.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed on an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract, with the view to extend or become a permanent contract

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
· Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow the brand’s presence in pubs, bars, and hospitality venues.
· Build trusted relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and influential accounts.
· Identify and secure new distribution opportunities in premium venues.
· Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to deliver campaigns and promotions.
· Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
· Represent the brand at tastings, trade shows, and events.
You
We’re looking for someone with experience in on-trade sales (beer, beverages, or FMCG preferred) or a strong background in hospitality with the ambition to move into sales.
It is essential for you to have strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities.
A self-starter attitude with local market knowledge and a passion for premium brands and hospitality will also be important for this role.
You must be flexible to travel across the region and occasionally nationwide, with use of your own vehicle (car allowance included in package).
