Job Description 

Coordinator – The Modern House & Inigo 

 

Purpose 

Seasonal Coordinators support our sales and appraisals teams in selling remarkable homes during the busiest six months of the year. They support key business functions and work with colleagues across the commercial, marketing and product departments, ensuring we can deliver world-class service to our clients. Each coordinator will be assigned to a team, and will also be expected to work flexibly across teams where the business requires.  

  Responsibilities 

Responsibilities are varied and include both client-facing and internal tasks, such as:   

  • Supporting all aspects of administration  

  • Answering the phone and responding to emails 

  • Handling viewing and appraisal enquiries  

  • Supporting creating and uploading listings to the website  

  • Creating and sending mailers 

  • Hosting viewings 

One week of initial training will be provided. 

  Knowledge & skills 

  • Experience in a customer facing role 

  • Excellent administrations skills and attention to detail  

  • Strong communication skills (in person, on the phone and written) 

  • An interest in architecture and design  

 

Team 

The seasonal coordinators will report to a manager in their assigned team.  

The roles work alongside the permanent appraisals and sales team coordinators and managers.
