Whether you are passionate about climbing, canoeing, bushcraft, or just love being outside and helping others, this is your chance to turn it into a career.
You'll get hands-on experience running outdoor sessions, learn from expert instructors, and work with young people to create lasting memories.
As an Avon Tyrrell apprentice you will learn to deliver fun and safe outdoor activities like climbing, kayaking and bushcraft.
Whats more you will learn while you earn, with full training, mentoring, and industry-recognised qualifications.
What You Need:No experience? No problem! Just bring:
A passion for working with young people
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility (this role does include evening and weekend work)
To be 18 by 1 December 2025, have the Right to work in the UK and undertake a DBS check.
Optional onsite accommodation (subsidised in your first year)
