Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnerships (KBOP) is a subsidiary of Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, mission driven not for profit social enterprise. We work with Government, community groups and specialist partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and wellbeing.
KBOP is a social enterprise that offers a unique and exciting opportunity to support the implementation and delivery of an innovative programme delivering floating support services to vulnerable people in West Yorkshire, enabling individuals to achieve independence and helping reduce homelessness in the area.

About the opportunity
As a Impact Analyst you will report into the Programme Director for Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnerships (KBOP), and work alongside eight expert delivery organisations as part of a homelessness prevention service. Our vision is to enable and empower individuals to live a fullfilling and independent life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who really wants to make a social difference and is passionate about using data to change lives.
Key responsibilities will include:-
Identifying patterns, trends, and root causes to anticipate potential challenges/opportunities, and recommend solutions to the Programme Director and Delivery Partners, to mitigate these
Leading on the creation of high-quality analysis and drawing out insights which enables the development, improvement, and innovation within the service
Provide coaching and support to the delivery partners on data-based decision making
Lead on impact management within projects and identify approaches which amplify impact and delivery innovations
Taking the lead on the assessment of our delivery partner operational processes and system inefficiencies and support them in developing more efficient processes which are streamlined and lead to an improvement in productivity
Lead on the development of performance dashboards and preparing data insights for Programme Board monthly contract reviews.
Identifying, evaluating and implementing tools to support data validation and cleansing
Support existing projects as well as new project and partnership development
Responsible for maintaining update information and accuracy in the Central Data Management system

Location
We are looking for candidates from Greater Manchester or West Yorkshire as there will be an expectation for face to face meetings in Kirklees. This is a hybrid role, allowing home working opportunities along with some occasional days in the office.
