Job Description
The Signatory Operations team sits within the wider PRI Operations team and is responsible for onboarding new signatories to the PRI and providing first line support to signatories, resolving their queries, and connecting them to the PRI’s resources.
This role will be manage the Signatory Operations team, and be responsible for ensuring excellent service and compliance with SLAs for signatories and potential signatories, and driving forwards improvements in the applications and onboarding process, as well as working internally to improve and enhance the signatory experience.
This role requires someone with knowledge of financial markets, and an eye for detail, who is proactive, with excellent communication skills and who can build and maintain strong relationships within the team and across the organisation.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the Signatory Operations team, current consisting of two associates.
Mange the application and signatory onboarding processes, being the point of escalation for queries from the team, and resolving or escalating issues in line with our categorisation and onboarding guidelines
Ensure that signatory queries are responded to through the PRI’s main email address, in line with our internal SLAs
Own the Categorisation precedent and process, ensuring decisions are recorded and shared as appropriate.
Own the Applications and onboarding process for new signatories, including developing and improving the process.
Support the recruitment of new signatories to the PRI, through delivery of presentations to potential and new signatories on the work of the PRI, and implementing improvements to the process.
Proactively identify ways to improve the signatory experience, and create efficiencies in handling signatory queries
Design and input to signatory query database
Support the Director of Stakeholder Services in delivering against the team’s business plan and budget
Provide regular reporting to the Director of Stakeholder Services, the Sr Director Marketing & Signatory Experience and Chief Operating Officer as required.
Person Specification
Well-developed people management skills and experience of leading
Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills, including the ability to share and explain complex concepts in an easy to understand format
A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others & committed to fostering an inclusive environment
Excellent networking, relationship management and interpersonal skills and experience of building strong and productive relationships
IT/Digital skills - Microsoft Office, CRM (Experience with Salesforce preferable)
Very good project management skills, with experience in delivering complex projects successfully, including directing others that may not be your direct reports
Language skills, other than English, are desirable
Experience in customer service platforms and process development would be an advantage
Proactive approach to problem solving and stakeholder communication
