Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic Mortgage Support Expert 

More about what you’ll do:

You will act as Mortgage Expert support and your time will be spent alleviating negative impact while other MEs are on holiday/off to ensure that we maintain an outstanding experience for our customers. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing all pipeline cases for absent MEs to ensure that the case does not halt because the ME is absent and the customer experience is not impacted. 

  • Proactively addressing bottlenecks & blockers that may arise in the ME role and helping with these tasks. 

  • Proactive awareness of when MEs have scheduled absence so you can do a handover if needed.

  • A non-exhaustive list of tasks to include - managing all intercom chats for the absent ME, changing KFIs, issuing recommendations for lenders, doing all packaging for cases and document checking.

  • Creating a best in class advice service for all customers - you will do this by assessing customers applications and issuing high-quality recommendations efficiently keeping your customer fully informed throughout the process

  • Providing a 5-star customer experience throughout all interactions putting the customer first & empathising with purpose. 

  • Delivering a high-quality level of communication via online live chat 

  • Working closely with direct Ops colleagues and the wider Habito group to deliver the best results for the customer 

  • Adhering to quality & compliance standards

 The Candidate will be:

  • Extremely organised & proactive 

  • Quick at responding to customers, SLA excellence

  • Focused on compliance (clear record of due diligence on own cases)

  • Want to work as part of a team to achieve what is best for their customers

  • CeMap qualified with +1 year of experience (preferable)

  • Whole of market OR multiple lender experience. 

  • Want to work as part of a team to achieve what is best for their customer 

  • Eager to help us disrupt the mortgage industry & continually improve
