Proton.ai is revolutionizing wholesale distribution. Distributors sell nearly every physical good you come across. Key to the economy, they make up over 28% of GDP. But there’s a problem. Selling as a distributor is complicated. Distributors carry hundreds of thousands of complicated SKUs, making it impossible for distributors to know what their customers need. Proton cuts through this complexity with AI. We provide a solution that modernizes distributors' sales efforts. And in doing so, we help distributors better serve their customers.

The Role:

You'll partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and our hiring managers as we scale the organization. This position is remote, but you won’t be lonely. We have a friendly, geographically dispersed team that you’ll be interacting with via calls and chats.  And you'll be supported by colleagues who understand that hiring is everyone's responsibility.

You'll be joining a growing Talent Acquisition Team composed of:

Head of Talent Acquisition, Recruiter (You!), HR Ops and Coordinator, and a Candidate Development Rep (our BDR for talent).

What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand Proton's hiring needs for a variety of roles, and develop an appropriate strategy to achieve hiring goals

  • Manage full cycle recruiting (from opening to offer) to find, hire and retain quality talent

  • Build high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent 

  • Collaborate with recruiting and functional heads to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies that are evidence based

  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release announcements

  • Coordinate with our external sourcer and stay up to date with our sourcing efforts

  • Coach and guide hiring managers on process improvement, candidate management, hiring expectations, industry standards, etc. 

Experience that may be helpful:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Marketing and Sales Mindset

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • A recruiting mindset that is strategic and data-driven 

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with hiring managers 

  • A strong bent towards providing a great customer experience for our candidates and our internal teams

  • An aptitude with tools such as an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

  • A scrappy and resilient nature

Compensation Details

This is a full-time, fully remote position (within North America) with a salary of $115k, equity, health benefits, 401k, and generous vacation policy.
