We are at an exciting stage. With a clear purpose to transform lives with tech, an expert team, supportive Board, and a record of investing £31m in 300 social tech start-ups to date, we're ready to scale our impact.

To achieve our new strategy, we are recruiting three directors to join the CEO as a new leadership team - a Programmes Director, Operations Director and a Partnership Development Director.

We’re designing and delivering a new investment fund and sustainable business model, which requires developing new income streams, building multi-year social tech partnerships and supporting fundraising for our new fund. 

We Have:

·      12 years’ experience - investing £31m, supporting more than 300 social tech ventures and benefiting 30m+ people 

·      An impressive board of trustees with an ambitious new strategy to take the Trust to the next level and a risk appetite to match the ambition

·      A diverse and talented team with extensive experience of developing and delivering impactful programmes

·      A proven track record and strong alumni of social tech ventures and partners

 You Have:

·      A track record of delivering new partnerships and income generation

·      Strong commercial and negotiation skills

·      Established networks and proven ability to build relationships with corporate, philanthropists and social and public sector partners and negotiate and close multi-year deals

·      Understanding of how to inspire and lead transformational change in an organisation and sector  

·      The motivation to see a world where social transformation is the driving force behind tech

 You might also have:

·      Experience in overseeing CRM systems and business development pipelines 

·      A leading voice in technology

·      An understanding of what it takes to deliver programmes
