Job Description
The Advisory Board Proposition Manager is responsible for the product design and build of our Advisory Boards offer as we move from proof of concept to delivery at scale. The role will work closely with colleagues from across the organisation to ensure that a sustainable commercial model is in place, and all aspects of the proposition are optimised to support this.
This role is a maternity leave cover, and is therefore fixed term to March 2022
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the development of the Advisory Board product for delivery at scale, including proposition design, processes, use of digital tools and customer journey.
Responsible for delivery and developing plans for product development and testing that meet timelines and achieve in year targets and delivery against budget.
Oversee the work of the Advisory Board Delivery Co-ordinator in developing and managing delivery partnerships and providing high levels of customer experience.
Collaboration with the Partnerships team to develop the commercial proposition, and to manage on-boarding, pipeline and delivery of commercial sponsorship and resource contributions
Identify and test new opportunities for delivery partnerships
Work closely with the L&M Programme Manager to support the scoping and development of a digital platform to enhance the proposition
Engage with colleagues from the whole organisation to ensure that the Advisory Boards operate in synergy with the rest of the BtB portfolio, identifying creative opportunities to increase customer impact and managing dependencies across other programmes
Support Head of Leadership & Management in delivery of overall portfolio of products
Represent the L&M team in cross-functional teams established to tackle organisation wide challenges
Provide stakeholder updates and reporting as needed.

Skills / Competencies Required:
Entrepreneurial and creative approach to proposition design and development
Proven track record of taking product from proof of concept to scale up
Strong product management capabilities and experience
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and as part of cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work

Degree or equivalent level qualification
