The PRI acts as a Secretariat for a number of net zero initiatives, including NZAOA, and the Net Zero Asset Managers (NZAM). This role will report to the Head of Net Zero Initiatives and Collaboration to provide programme management, in close coordination with key partners and building effective programmes to support the broader signatory base on climate.

A key priority for the role is NZAOA member recruitment – overseeing proactive recruitment strategy for the NZAOA, working with the team, RI ecosystems and signatories to expand and diversify membership. Working with the team and Head of Net Zero Initiatives on the relationship between NZAOA and pan-alliance initiatives (GFANZ, Investor Agenda, Race to Zero) and wider PRI.

Policy – Senior management and oversight of the NZAOA Policy Track, working closely with the team member who leads on day-to-day management of the track. Priorities will include delivery of the 2024 policy track work plan, and forward planning for the development of 2025 policy track work plan.. Oversight of the interactions between the net zero alliances and initiatives that PRI co-convenes (NZAOA, NZAM, Investor Agenda) and the policy space within PRI including ASCOR, CA100+ policy links and externally.

  • Ensure synergies between net zero initiatives and broader PRI work including working closely with other teams across PRI. Maintain strong understanding of signatory needs through regular interactions with PRI’s Responsible Investment Ecosystem team and PRI signatories.

  • Support the Director of Sustainability Initiatives in delivering against the team’s business plan and budget.
