Selling as a distributor is complicated. Distributors carry hundreds of thousands of complicated SKUs, making it impossible for distributors to know what their customers need. Proton cuts through this complexity with AI. We provide a solution that modernizes distributors' sales efforts. And in doing so, we help distributors better serve their customers and grow.

We are growing fast, and are now looking for a strategic, execution-focused Demand Generation Manager to help us drive demand from various marketing channels. You will be a dynamic addition to our team - managing people and owning projects.

What you'll do

• Learn about B2B distribution and how Proton's value prop resonates.

• Launch paid and unpaid experiments to assess which marketing strategies are most effective to generate SQLs.

• Take ownership of the execution and continuous improvement of automated and outbound email campaigns. Use new and existing content to support our educational funnel.

• Design creative marketing initiatives (e.g. organizing a webinar and building a campaign around it).

• Manage a Writer/Content Strategist and potentially other marketers in the near future!

You & Your Experience

• Success implementing creative demand generation tactics to generate MQLs.

• A curious self-starter with a data-driven mindset (we love experiments!)

• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Benefits

This is a full-time remote position: Salary,$140k, plus equity, health benefits (we pay 99%), 401k and a generous vacation policy.
