The Opportunity  

We have an opening for a Division Order Analyst Technician in our US Land team. All applicants must be able to work from our Denver office at least two days per week. This role has accountability for supporting the Division Order Analyst team with calls, emails, and owner setups. This position also prepares, mails and processes returned Division Orders, and assists with owner research and filing. This position requires an individual who works well in a team-focused environment, has strong computer skills, and is very detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships with lessors, overriding royalty owners, and working interest partners through phone calls and emails.  Experience with Excalibur or Quorum would be a plus. 

What You Will Do  

• Research and respond to incoming Division Order calls and emails or direct to appropriate individual(s) 

• Assist with owner setups and changes 

• Manage the flow of information externally and internally via the ticketing system and scanning  

• Support analysts with special projects, mailings, and filings  

• Send and receive Division Orders and Transfer Orders  

The Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in Oil and Gas customer relations     

• High School Diploma required
