Job Description

The Signatory Operations team sits within the wider PRI Operations team and is responsible for delivering a consistent and high-quality experience for signatories and stakeholders who contact the PRI’s central team. We manage the day-to-day operations of our signatories’ membership and support a wide range of queries, including complex questions relating to PRI reporting, as well as onboarding new signatories, and connecting them to the right resources.

This role will manage a team to deliver an excellent experience for signatories who contact the PRI, ensuring process is followed, managing resourcing, and driving forwards improvements in our approach to central signatory support.

This role requires someone with knowledge of financial markets and/or membership organisations and an eye for detail, who is proactive, with excellent communication skills and who can build and maintain strong relationships within the team and across the organisation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Signatory Operations team, line management of up to 5 Senior Associate/Associates.

  • Manage the PRI’s central email support for our reporting process, developing resourcing plans, ensuring training is provided, and managing signatory ticket volume and workload consistency.

  • Be the point of escalation for complex queries from signatories, in particular relating to the PRI’s reporting framework, and other key solutions.

  • Ensure that signatory queries are responded to through the PRI’s central email address, in line with our internal SLAs and quality control processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for signatories.

  • Collaborating with other managers in the team to ensure a consistent approach for signatories and within the signatory operations team, through developing, improving, and managing internal process and policy relating to signatory operations.

  • Support the recruitment of new signatories to the PRI, through delivery of presentations to potential and new signatories on the work of the PRI.

  • Proactively use signatory feedback to identify ways to improve the signatory experience and help develop the PRI’s approach to a central support function.

  • Support the Director of Stakeholder Services in delivering against the team’s business plan and budget.

  • Provide regular reporting to the Director of Stakeholder Services, the Sr Director Marketing & Signatory Experience and Chief Operating Officer as required.

Person Specification

  • Well-developed people management skills and experience of leading

  • Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills, including the ability to share and explain complex concepts in an easy to understand format

  • A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others & committed to fostering an inclusive environment 

  • Excellent networking, relationship management and interpersonal skills and experience of building strong and productive relationships

  • IT/Digital skills - Microsoft Office, CRM (Experience with Salesforce preferable)

  • Very good project management skills, with experience in delivering complex projects successfully, including directing others that may not be your direct reports

  • Experience in customer service platforms and process development would be an advantage

  • Proactive approach to problem solving and stakeholder communication

    Language skills, other than English, are desirable
