Job Description

We are the property industry’s charity working to end youth homelessness in the UK. We bring remarkable businesses and individuals from across the sector together to support charities delivering life-changing services for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness in the future. Through our network of over 90 corporate partners, we invest funding and expertise where we can achieve lasting impact.

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our creative and high performing team.

This is a pivotal role within our Corporate Partnerships Team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in either a partnerships, sales, or client facing environment, and be capable of providing consistently high-quality relationship management to our network of Corporate Partners. We will also need to believe that you have the tenacity and creativity needed to consistently recruit new corporate partners into our network. Prior experience of working within a third sector corporate partnerships role would be preferable, but not essential. It's much more important that you embody LandAid’s values and have a demonstrable track record in building effective commercial relationships with external stakeholders.

Your principle areas of responsibility include:

·        Relationship Management for our corporate partners

·        ‘New Business’ activity to recruit new corporate partners to our network

·        Create mutually beneficial and bespoke stewardship and engagement plans for our corporate partners

·        Pitch and present to our corporate partners to deliver new and increased support

·        Manage our new campaign delivering discounted accommodation for young homeless people, in collaboration with the property industry.

 You will have:

·        An understanding of what makes for effective and impactful corporate partnerships for charities

·        A track record of success delivering against income generation, sales or retention targets

·        Proven ability to thrive in an agile and fast paced working environment

·        An ability to provide excellent account management to a diverse client base

·        An ability to work effectively and collaborate with a wide range of people across multiple teams and organisations

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Confidence and competence as a public speaker and presenter

·        Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
