Job Description

We are looking for four fixed-term Campaign Organisers to help Greens make a significant impact in the County Council elections next year, following on from our success in the general election.

These are critical roles to support specific campaigns, building on our solid gains in Councillors in the District Council elections in 2023 and 2024. Please see the individual job descriptions for more details specific for each job.

We are looking for motivated Campaign Organisers to oversee key campaigns in Oxfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, and the West Midlands. These include some important defences and opportunities to hold a position of power in many places.

You will play a key role in managing volunteers. You will need to keep teams focused on targeting to win elections. You will work with small teams in several target wards to identify needs and priorities and build capacity. You will also provide training and guidance, and contribute to the delivery of our election strategy.

We are looking for someone with experience of election campaigns, who is well-organised and good at building relationships.
