About the Job

The Data Compliance and IT Technician will provide extraordinary attention to detail when it comes to accurate and timely digital and physical record keeping. With the help of our operations software, METRC training courses, and guidance from our Head of IT, you'll adhere to strict operating procedures and compliance guidelines.

Data Compliance Responsibilities:

• Be trained into technical mastery and compliance over all phases of cultivation, from beginning to end of the plant's life cycle.

• Work alongside cultivation and product manufacturing staff to ensure each transfer of state and location from seed to sale (e.g. immature plants, vegetative plants, flowering plants, harvested plants, products, room, etc) is properly executed and recorded

• Follow all clean room procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.

• Stand for long periods of time, walk, reach with hands and arms, as well as
  consistently lift 10-20 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

• Work seated and standing for extended periods of time on concrete floors, maintaining body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and using your hands to hold, grasp, turn, pick, and pinch to complete tasks

IT Responsibilities:

We are looking for somebody who can support our IT director when they are out of the office, specifically with:

• Basic system administration (network mostly, but some other systems if you have aptitude and interest)

• Help desk (G Suite mostly, but other software and hardware if you have aptitude and interest)

About You

You won’t need a degree or any prior industry experience for this job, but that doesn’t make it easy. We’re looking for candidates who will:

• Be comfortable on your feet, performing manual labor for most of the day

• Be comfortable learning the ins and outs of new software
