Who we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join the team as an Associate Dean, Learning Design.
We currently have 1 permanent opportunity and 1 fixed term role for a 12-month contract that we are recruiting for. The roles are full-time (37.5 hours per week) but part-time applications can be considered.
As Associate Dean, Learning Design you will be responsible for leading the design and work relating to our programmes, including line managing a number of fellow roles and overseeing the day-to-day project management and content production across select programmes.
In this role you will lead projects related to design within and across the organisation, for example implementation of our work with externals or supporting the marketing and communications team to build knowledge of programmes in the sector.
Associate Dean, Learning Design roles collaborate closely with one another, cohering and aligning the knowledge base across all programmes and providing clarity and support to the wider team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the design of our programmes is of the highest possible quality, to be research informed and have the maximum impact upon our participants and the pupils they work on behalf of.
The Associate Dean, Learning Design will report to a Dean, Learning Design and will manage Fellows, Learning Design.
