An exciting opportunity to join the Workforce and Professionalism Team at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), providing administrative, project and business support.

Administrator (Workforce and Professionalism)

£29,270 - £31,825

Full time, 35 hours per week (part time to be considered)

Fixed term contract, 12 months

London, Hybrid

About the role

As an Administrator (Workforce and Professionalism), you will provide an excellent standard of administrative support, assisting the Workforce and Professionalism team with key projects supporting RCOG members and the wider Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G) workforce.

This includes:

  • supporting the development and implementation of the College’s workforce and professionalism plan

  • supporting the College’s workforce support services ensuring the highest levels of customer care and satisfaction

  • sourcing and utilising workforce information, including research and analysis of needs, trends and profiles, to develop engagement strategies and opportunities for better supporting the O&G workforce.

 

About you

As the ideal candidate you will:

  • Have experience in customer/service focussed role

  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Have experience of supporting meetings and committees

  • Be able to communicate with people at all levels
